The Vermont Incentive Grant Program offers financial assistance to help eligible Vermont undergraduate students meet the costs of higher education. To apply, complete a Free Application for Student Aid (FAFSA) and a Vermont Grant Application.
To qualify for the State Incentive Program, you must:
- Be a resident of Vermont
- Be accepted or enrolled in an undergraduate degree or certificate program
- Be attending college full-time
- Not have previously earned a bachelor’s degree
