Enrolling Your Spouse in Lifestyle Returns
If employee is a Highmark member
- Go to the Highmark page and log in.
- Choose the Member tab
- Choose "Register Now"
- Page titled: Registration
- Enter the Highmark card holder's Member Identification number
- Fill everything else as the spouse's information.
If employee is not a Highmark member
Get a form from Human Resources to enroll as an Associate Member. Once you receive the mailed ID card go online and use the instructions outlined above.
