| Qualifications | Experience as a Help Desk Trainee or equivalent. Able to identify and resolve common computer and system issues such as compatibility conflicts, application operations, and hardware malfunctions. Able to solve network printing issues. Able to support users with two or more of the most commonly used computer applications. |
