| Duties | At least one semester of experience working in the Christian Outreach Office. Assist with oversight of on-campus housing for summer conferences. Supervise a staff of housing hosts. Use housing software to perform data entry and generate reports. Communicate with customers on the phone and in person. Collaborate with other conference office and University staff to accomplish tasks. Assist departmental support and professional staff as assigned. |
| Qualifications | Previous customer service experience required. Able to pass security check administered by Franciscan University. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Able to perform tasks in an accurate and timely manner. Able to understand and communicate departmental information, policies and procedures, to operate office equipment, to use word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail and other computer applications to perform tasks, and to run errands around campus. Must be a team player. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as necessary. Must understand and support the mission of the University. |
