| Duties | Supervise and oversee all facets and entities of game day operations at home intercollegiate games. Schedule the Athletic Event Staff and ADRs for all home games. Supervise and evaluate coach's set up, student event staff, sports information representatives, officials, fundraising groups, halftime events and the BARON; must maintain the Game Day Supervisor folder and report all Game Day Evaluation Sheets (GES) to the director of athletics. Collaborate with head coaches and the Athletic director in planning logistics and support for special events. Is responsible for attending all staff meetings as well as participating in the LEADs program in the Fall semester. All other duties as assigned. |
| Qualifications | Junior, Senior or Graduate level student.Excellent written, interpersonal and communications skills. Student employee must be able to communicate effectively with students and university staff. Experience in collegiate athletics preferred, but not necessary. Must have excellent leadership and management skills. Must be mature, detail-oriented, motivated, responsible, and hard-working. Ability to use word-processing, spreadsheet, e-mail, and other PC applications to accomplish assignments. Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. |
