| Duties | Supervise and motivate up to 12 Phonathon callers per night. Call University donors to solicit gifts for student financial aid. Monitor and record tally counts and incentives. Assist Phonathon Coordinator with caller training sessions. Monitor and possess knowledge of Phonathon Automated Software. (Campus Call) |
| Qualifications | Sophomore standing or higher. At least one, preferrably two, years experience as a successful Phonathon caller. Must be enthusiastic, motivated and responsible. Excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary. |
