| Duties | Provide hospitality services to Christian Outreach speakers and high profile University guests. Provide quality customer care to conference speakers and guests on the phone and in person. Supervise and provide training to student assistants. Assist departmental support and staff as assigned. |
| Qualifications | At least one year experience in the Christian Outreach Office or extensive customer service experience required. Able to be approved as a driver by the University required. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Able to perform tasks in an accurate and timely manner. Able to understand and communicate departmental information, policies and procedures, to operate office equipment, to use word processing, spreadsheet, email and other computer applications. Able to lift and move tables, chairs and other conference equipment. Able to run errands around campus. Must be a team player. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as necessary. Must understand and support the mission of the University. |
