| Duties | The Student Coordinator of SENT Ministries is in charge of overseeing and running all aspects of the ministry. Duties include: recruiting and scheduling retreats, calling the list of contacts from previous SENT retreats. The coordinator may begin work in the summer recruiting schools and parishes for retreats. The coordinator is the chief contact for the parishes prior to a team being assigned to their retreat. The coordinator also leads all training for the ministry, and must communicate with the parish contact person and the SENT team leaders. |
| Qualifications | The student coordinator must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a self starter willing to make calls to parishes during the summer break. Must maintain good records of all parishes contacted as well as follow up notes from team leaders after retreats. |
