| Duties | Perform secretarial and administrative duties for Works of Mercy. Assist with the planning and coordination of the Ministry Fair, Fall Retreat and Orientation meetings. Assist in the planning and coordination of the weekly leader meetings. Assist with the formation of student leaders in Works of Mercy. Assist with the advertisement and promotion of Works of Mercy. Regularly take vehicles to the service station for fuel. Assist the Director of Student Outreach with other duties as assigned. |
| Qualifications | Experience in community service work preferable; but not required. Ability to lead and train university students. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Able to use computer applications, especially Microsoft Office and database software, to perform tasks. Must understand and live out the mission of Franciscan University of Steubenville. |
