| Duties | Prepare work schedules for Video / Projection Crew for summer conferences. Attend conference staff meetings and provide relevant feedback about video and multimedia services. Assist departmental staff as assigned. This position is hired in conjunction with either the Video Director or the Projection Director position. |
| Qualifications | Previous supervisory experience. Previous experience in multi-camera live video production required. Proven record of promptness and reliability in attendance. Experience with Windows computer application software required. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Able to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure. Must be a team player. |
