| Duties | Assist with management of summer conference supply and equipment storage and transportation. Drive supply and transport vehicles. Assist in recruiting, training, and supervisong a staff of student employees who provlide hospitality, greeeting and setup and teardown services at summer conferences. Work the Logistic Usher Lead to coordinate staff schedules for this area. Assist departmental support and professional staff as assigned. |
| Qualifications | Experience in Events; Conferences required. Able to be approved as a driver by the University. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Able to lift and move tables, chairs, and other conference equipment. Must be a team player. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as necessary. Must understand and support the mission of the University. |
