| Duties | Assist with greeting and parking for all conferences. Assist conference staff and Jefferson Security guards in maintaining a safe campus and compliance wtih University policy durintg High School Age Youth conferences. Assist in recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising a staff of student employees who provide hospitality, greeting, and setup and teardown services at summer conferences. Assist all departmental support and professional staff as assigned. |
| Qualifications | Experience in Events; Conferences required. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Able to pass security check administered by Franciscan University. Abe to be approved as a driver by the university. Able to remain calm under pressure. Able to patrol campus grounds and buildings on foot. Able to lift and move tables, chairs, and other conference equipment.. Must be a team player. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as necessary. Must understand and support the mission of the University. |
