| Duties | Manage transportation services for summer conference participants and conference speakers. Recruit, train, motivate, supervise and schedule a staff of student drivers and volunteers. Oversee a fleet of rental vehicles and the transportation/information tent located at the circle. Maintain a policy and procedure manual for this position. Assist departmental support and professional staff as assigned. Schedule student staff to assist EMT's in the first aid area during the High School Youth conferences. |
| Qualifications | Excellent driving record required. Able to be approved as a driver by Franciscan University. Leadership abilities and supervisory experience required. Previous summer conference experience preferred. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with basic PC operations helpful. Demonstrated level of maturity and responsibility. Ability to remain friendly and pleasant under pressure. Must be a team player. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as necessary. Must understand and support the mission of the University. |
