| Duties | Attened weekly business meeting and all AHOP events. Serve as Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion at all major liturgical events. Supervise all volunteer Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion including their recruitment, training an scheduling. Assist departmental staff as assigned. |
| Qualifications | Must be a presently enrolled Franciscan University student (minimum of 6 credits and not on probation). Must be able to serve as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion. Must have good communication skills and leadership ability. Excellent understanding of Liturgy and up-to-date knowledge of applicable church directives are a must. Will need to operate office equipment, use word processing, spreadsheet and other computer applications to perform tasks. |
