| Duties | Attend weekly business meeting and all AHOB events. Serve as Ushers at all major liturgical events. Supervise all volunteer Ushers including their recruitment, training and scheduling. Schedule ushers for weekly confessions and maintain the official counts for Mass and Confessions. Assist departmental staff as assigned. |
| Qualifications | Must be a presently enrolled student (minimum of 6 credits and not on probation). Must be able to serve as a sacristan. Must have good communication skills and leadership ability. Will need to operate office equipment, use word processing, spreadsheet and other computer applications to perform tasks. |
