| Duties | Attend weekly business meeting and all AHOB events. Plan decor for all of the masses in Christ the King Chapel and Finnegan Fieldhouse. Shop and buy any items needed including all flowers when decorating the sanctuary and stage areas for Chapel events. Oversee the publicity of Chapel sponsored events and provide any artwork needed. Supervise all Martha and Mary ministers including their recruitment, training and scheduling. |
| Qualifications | Must be presently enrolled (minimum of 6 credits and not on probation). Must have artistic ability, including drawing, painting, and design. Must be able to communicate well with others and work as a member of a team. Excellent understanding of Liturgy and up-to-the date knowledge of applicable church directives are a must. |
