| Duties | Manage Finnegan Fieldhouse during early mornings events, and weekends. Oversee the customer service provided to our guests, especially in areas of people, environment, and atmosphere. Supervise and help train student employees throughout the building. Monitor all fitness and office activity during the shift. Monitor basic medical attention as needed. Foster a "team" concept during shift and act as a team leader. |
| Qualifications | At least one year experience as a student employee for the Fieldhouse. Able to train and supervise a staff of student employees. Excellent conflict resolution skills. Able to understand and communicate departmental information, policies and procedures, to operate office equipment, to use word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail and other computer applications to perform tasks. Able to pass CPR certification. |
