STEUBENVILLE, OH— A Gizmo Expo will be held at Franciscan University of Steubenville to promote science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education for elementary-aged students. The expo will take place on Friday, December 7, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. in the St. Joseph Center.
The Gizmo Expo is presented by Franciscan University engineering and education students. The event gives elementary students hands-on experience with engineering projects. They will also receive take-home information for further exploration of STEM concepts.
Admission is free. While the Gizmo Expo is designed for elementary-aged students, all are welcome to attend and learn.
